Not sure it is a biohazard job?
If blood, body fluids, human or animal waste, or decomposition are involved, it usually is. Water from a burst pipe or a storm, mold on its own, or a hoard with no waste in it are different kinds of work, and the company you reach may not take them on.
Ready when you are
Call when the police and the medical examiner have finished and you are ready to talk about the cleanup. A company will ask what happened and where, then explain what it would do.
