Plain answers
How a call works
This site does not clean anything. It gives you a number that reaches an independent biohazard cleanup company working in the Port St. Lucie area.
Picked up day and night, seven days a week
You call
Picked up day and night, seven days a week. You may hear a short recorded message first.
A company answers
You talk with an independent cleanup company, not with this site.
You describe it
You will be asked for your ZIP code, so the company can confirm it works at your address, and what happened.
You choose
The company explains its work and price. You decide whether and when to book.
How this site is paid
This site is paid by a referral network when a call leads to a booked job. The money comes from the cleanup company or the network, never from you. That is why the number is the same whatever happened.
The company is independent. This site does not check its work, and it is not responsible for it. Checking a cleanup company lists what to ask, and the referral disclosure has the full wording.
If the company cannot help
Sometimes the company that answers does not work at a particular address or does not take a certain kind of job, such as water damage with no biohazard. It should tell you so. You are under no obligation to anyone because you called.
Ready when you are
Call when the police and the medical examiner have finished and you are ready to talk about the cleanup. A company will ask what happened and where, then explain what it would do.
Talk to a cleanup company
An independent company that works in the Port St. Lucie area. You decide whether to hire it.
